A NOTE FROM BRANDON

I needed somewhere to think it through.

Brandon Gentry · Founder of MessyNote

I have ADHD. I would jot down an idea, come back to it, and find a sentence that never went anywhere. What worked for me was a conversation: a useful question, another thought, a chance to find what I actually meant. Then, at the end, a well-written note.

I used that approach myself for months before making it public. MessyNote grew out of it. You can talk or type, take the idea further, and choose when to make it a note. The original conversation stays close by.

I’m a small business, and I’m still improving it. Voice is in beta. If something gets in your way, or you find a way it helps, I’d like to hear it.

MessyNote is for developing your own ideas. It isn’t therapy or medical advice, and it doesn’t promise to treat ADHD.
